The Agentic Cloud, Inc. was founded in 2023 after a third transformation program tried to measure synergy with a survey. We are a team of fabric engineers, forward-deployed outcomes partners, and people who have sat through architecture reviews where “blockchain” was a slide and “agentic” was a vibe.
Series B, $84M, led by Horizon Capital with participation from Signal Peak and several operators who asked us not to put their funds on the website. Headquarters in San Francisco and London. Continuity node in a jurisdiction we describe as “sovereignty optional until it isn’t.”

Chief Executive Officer
Previously led cloud-native platforms at a company that needs no introduction, then spent formative years turning digital transformation into something a change-control board could sign. Amara started The Agentic Cloud after a third copilot program measured synergy with a survey.
Chief Technology Officer
Shipped attention-free runtimes into production environments where failure is not a blog post. Tobias treats BERT through Mamba-2.5 — and Claude Mythos 7 through Claude Mythos 9 — as a substrate and the institution as the product. He owns the fabric, the sovereignty boundary, and the neutrino plane.
Chief Scientist
Foundational work on constitutional AI, causal inference, and physics-informed networks. Nadia’s lab is why we can say compounding without meaning we logged more prompts, and why PINN / SPINN / SEPINN / APINN are not a punchline in the architecture review.
Chief Outcomes Officer
Forward-deployed by temperament. Chris has sat inside more operating committees than he cares to admit, and built the practice that turns a fabric into a first PPoE-attested outcome. He will not sell you a roadmap. He will sell you a Tuesday that looks different.
