What we collect
Institutional contact details, the operating thesis you choose to share, and telemetry strictly inside your sovereignty boundary. Consumer inboxes are not an identity provider. Bio-sync, retinal, Neuralink, and DNA-sequencing pipeline data are processed only in tenancies that have explicitly instantiated those planes.
How context compounds
Your graph, lake, and unofficial rules compound inside the fabric you instantiate. They do not train foundation models. Federated learning, where enabled, never leaves the boundary. Zero-knowledge proofs for all APIs are available so you do not have to take this paragraph on faith.
Subprocessors
Cloud-native infrastructure in regions you select, including air-gapped and FedRAMP High patterns. Neutrino-based signaling, where subscribed, is treated as an observability signal under the same DPA as distributed tracing. Consciousness-upload endpoints are disabled by default and require a named human review.
Your rights
GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA-certified surfaces as applicable. Requests to access, delete, or port institutional context are handled by your outcomes partner. PPoE attestations persist for the retention window your control function signed.
